The day started good, but went south real fast, my cars water pump started leaking on the way to Hawn State park, I made it, no one else did. The road to the Pickle Creek Trail Head was closed due to ice on the road, so I went to a trail of which I have never hiked, the 4.4 mile White Oaks Trail. It was easy and no really special land features to enjoy.

Hawn State Park has always been a good place to get away.
