This is my Kahr Arms semi-auto Thompson. www.tommygunner.com will install an ATF approved blank only barrel of the correct length. it is classified by ATF as a "barrel-like device". so no SBR hassles. Really nice if you live in a state like the People's Republic of Illinois, where you can't have an SBR at all. This is legal. It ain't a barrel! Will not fire a live round! They also offer a quick change barrel set up, where you can change back and forth, blank 10;5 barrel, and live 16 in. barrel. Their work is expensive, their customer service is rude, and it takes 2-3 times the projected turn around time, but the work is superb! Honestly, one of the very few times when something I've ordered has exceeded my expectations!

I was just on their website the other day! I would like to learn more. Going to the gun shop to get my springfield back. they fixed the cracked stock for only $50. cant ait to see how it looks! They are also fixing a sight on a german training mauser for me. the owner says he's interested i it. any idea on how to learn what its worth?
