Property lost in the move from Naples, Italy to Marseilles, France, 18-23 September 1944

OD wool muffler; 17 ea. pile-lined parka type overcoat; 459 pr. arctic overshoes; 142 ea. packboard; three type of mountain pitons; three types of native and manila rope; 1 ea. key lock field safe; 40 ea. lightweight mountain buck saw; 54 ea. water repellent mountain sleeping bag shell; 297 ea. OD knit shirt; 40 pr. rope sole climbing shoes; 78 pr. rubber sole climbing shoes; 222 ea. mountain snaplink; 340 pr. arctic socks; 949 pr. wool ski socks; 18 ea. camouflage one-peice suit; 168 ea athletic supporter; 74 ea. hi-neck sweater; 8 ea. folding camp table;e; 535 ea. wool knit toque; 36 pr. pile trousers; and 161 pr. Interesting! LOST:17 pile lined Parka type overcoat. If they lost them, that should end the question about whether or not they HAD them. Kind of hard to lose something you never had! The 18 camouflage one-piece suits are interesting too. Not listed in the TO&E, but they nust have had them. I never would have guessed.
